Annual reports, registered agent renewals, franchise tax — calendared at formation, auto-filed where possible, reminded everywhere else.
The moment your entity is formed, the Compliance Agent reads the jurisdiction rules and populates every known deadline — due date, filing fee, and method — into your calendar. No manual setup.
For jurisdictions with public APIs, the agent files on your behalf (with your one-time authorization). For others, it pre-fills the form and sends a one-click submission link before the deadline.
Every obligation has a red/amber/green status in your dashboard. Green means filed and confirmed. Amber means action due soon. Red means immediate attention required — with the action one click away.
Jurisdiction rules are maintained by FormBridge and reviewed by retained counsel. FormBridge is a technology platform and does not provide legal or tax advice.
US LLCs: annual report (WY $60, FL $138.75), registered agent renewal. (US-formed entities are exempt from the FinCEN BOI report as of 14 August 2026.) DE C-Corps: franchise tax (due March 1), annual report ($50). UK Ltd: confirmation statement (£34 annually), annual accounts (9 months after year-end). UAE FZ: trade license renewal (typically annually). The Compliance Agent calendars all of these at formation and updates when rules change.
Almost certainly not. A FinCEN final rule effective 14 August 2026 permanently exempts every entity created in the United States, and its beneficial owners, from Beneficial Ownership Information reporting — the exemption turns on where the entity was formed, not on who owns it. Only a foreign reporting company (formed outside the US and registered to do business in a US state) remains in scope. The Compliance Agent does not calendar BOI for US-formed entities. State-level regimes are separate and unaffected.
The Compliance Agent sends reminders at 60 days, 30 days, 14 days, and the day before any deadline. For Wyoming, missing the annual report by 60 days triggers administrative dissolution ($25 late fee and reinstating costs more). Florida's late fee is $400 after May 1. FormBridge auto-files where possible so missing a deadline requires your active non-response.
For jurisdictions with public APIs (Wyoming SOS online filing, UK Companies House): yes, with your authorization. For others (Florida SUNBIZ, Delaware Division of Corporations): the agent drafts the filing and submits with one click from your dashboard.
Yes. UAE free zone license renewals involve a more manual process (document submission, trade license fee payment). The Compliance Agent calendars your renewal 60 days ahead and prepares the paperwork, but you'll confirm payment through the free zone portal directly.
Start your entity, and the Compliance Agent handles every deadline from day one.
